Prayers

Dear Region,

We have come up with some helpful prayers that you and your chapter can use for support if the events that happened at June are still lingering around. They are for you to pray with to keep the focus on the light of these events.

Prayer 1:

Dear God, I give thanks for the ever present light that is within each and every one of us. I know that we as unity are a loving, compassionate, and forgiving group of people and will use those ideals for every circumstance we are presented with. As we hold those specific circumstances from June Rally in prayer today we can be at peace in the idea that it is being dealt with in a way that can only be beneficial for us. Thank you God, Amen

Prayer 2:

Dear Holy Spirit, let us take this time to make a reflection… taking a look into our lives, seeing all of the beauty, all of the life and spirit, and also all of the hurt. Embrace all that is around you, feel the feelings that you had, and then feel the feelings that you are having right now. See what happened, see what made them so extraordinary, what made them so pure, and see what made them so hard… Take that, those feelings and reflect on them and soon you will learn from them. We will feel this moment, and be… Be us right now, not dwelling on past events but still knowing that they were here and using that knowledge to grow forth in this wonderful day and future. Amen
